2nd stay in a week, room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were helpful & polite, even though it was a busy time. Hotel was very convenient for the airport and getting into the city.

Very good location - very close to Domestic, and has a shuttle bus service as well ($11) - its the last hotel on the bus run so therefore its not the dreaded " oh god how many MORE stops til I get to the airport" Its a very practical hotel and the bathrooms look to be pretty new - very nice and very clean!

I wanted a motel with airport shuttle. Was fairly close to train stop (400 meters). If only I had walked a straight route from train to there, it would have bee closer. But I initially was following goggle route which kept switching to car route instead of by foot and it was sending me to Holiday Inn Express instead of the one I was booked at. Fortunately, The motel had big signs pointing to where it was. The staff was great, even when I thought I still needed to go to Express. They let me stay and cool off. It was during that break that I figured out that I wasn't booked at the Expresss but I was at the right motel after all. Staff was super nuce and helpful! Good Bar & Grill inside building. Locals use it as place to dine as well, so it's a destination eating spot. Food was good.

The location is close to the airport and close to Mascot Retail precinct where everything is available, such as Coles, Restaurants, etc. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are nice. The room is quite large and clean.

The location is close to airport, and need to take train to city but still close just about 15 minis walk about 5 minis to supermarket and around supermarket got many good restaurants even with a Asia supermarket I will choose this area again if stay in Sydney next visit

The breakfast was great, a lot of options to choose from. The coffee bar was a highlight as you could order any beverage on offer, including a dirty chai which was our favourite. The rooms were spacious, especially the ones with the sleeper couch which comfortably accommodated 3 to 4 people. The hotel is far from the city but is conveniently located a short walk away from Mascot train station, where you can catch the train to most places around Sydney. This made for an easy commute around Sydney and made for a pleasant stay without feeling like you're missing out on too much owing to location. Lovely stay and great value for money!

Very attentive and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. It started raining heavily on our arrival. The security officers walked down to the basement to try and find a parking spot for us, to no avail. But he found us a spot on the ground, then provided us with a huge umbrella! We were so thankful for this gesture.

The room was of a good size and very comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner was extremely nice. Excellent breakfast and choices with great coffee. The lady staff member (name started with O but cannot remember the rest) was absolutely brilliant in all my interactions with her. She was so friendly and helpful always and is a credit to the hotel.
